Sports Nutrition Sports Nutrition is the application of nutrition science to ensure adequate nutrition and hydration to support physical activity and enhance performance. This module discusses common supplements used by athletes, protein and carbohydrate metabolism, and assessment and counseling of athletes to optimize both performance and health. |
