The Nutrition in Medicine (NIM) series is a comprehensive guide to nutrition designed to educate you about key health issues. This education series is based on the nationally acclaimed nutrition curriculum developed at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
The series consists of 11 modules. These interactive learning tools use a multimedia approach, including text, graphics, video, animation, music, and audio, to teach basic nutritional science.
